The project has awarded bids for four schedules including pipeline, storage reservoirs, the well and pumphouses. The bids have been awarded for the following companies:
Pipeline: Siteworks

Wellhouse and Booster Stations: Northern Plains, LLC
Construction Updates
Pipeline:
Most of the pipeline has been delivered and is currently being installed. The pipeline portion of the project is scheduled to be finished by October 2016.
Storage Reservoirs:
These are nearly complete with only the disinfection and leak testing that needs to be done. Completion of this portion of the project is scheduled to be finished by January 2016.
Well:
The well was completed in 2014. The well extends 3623 ft. down to the Madison Aquifer and was tested with excellent results for both water quality and production capability.
Wellhouse and Booster Stations:
This portion of the project is currently underway and is scheduled to be completed by November of 2015.
Water User Easements Needed ASAP
With funding in place and construction approaching the board would like to remind users that we need your signed and notarized easement ASAP. Without the easement the contractor cannot install your meter pit or service line on your property. Therefore, no easement = no water. Please contact the Bear Butte Valley Office if you have any questions regarding easements.
